NEW YORK, March 19: Rodney Harmon will take over from Patrick McEnroe as head coach of the US men’s Olympic tennis team in Beijing, the United States Tennis Association (USTA) said on Tuesday.

Harmon, the USTA’s director of men’s tennis, takes over the job from Patrick McEnroe, the victorious US captain in last year’s Davis Cup. The US women will have a familiar face on the sidelines with Fed Cup captain Zina Garrison returning for her second Olympics having also served as head coach in Athens.— Reuters
