NAWABSHAH: Passengers of trains in a quandary

NAWABSHAH, March 19: Passengers are facing difficulties due to fault in the Computerised Reservation System at Nawabshah Railway Station.

Source in the Pakistan Railways said the computerised system linking Nawabshah to central system developed fault due to which passengers coming for reservation and issuance of tickets were facing problems.

Nawabshah was an important station of the Sukkur Division contributing revenue. Station Master Sagheer Ahmed said at times the system hangs up hampering computerised reservation. He added that they were managing manually while the matter had been reported to Sukkur and Lahore offices and the TNT.

KILLED: A man was killed and another injured in a road accident on Tuesday. Khadim Hussain 18 was killed on the spot while Mansoor Mughal 28 injured when a motorcycle collided with a cycle at Sakrand Road.
