KARACHI, March 11: The city government will establish a video conference room to hold meetings of top officials without requiring their physical presence.
This was decided at a meeting with City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal in the chair on Tuesday. It was also decided that in the future postings and deputations of all EDOs and field officers would be linked with the percentage of solved problems received through the complaint number 1339.
For that purpose, special call agents will be appointed for the town nazims and EDOs who will submit the daily report of the actions taken by the officials to the city nazim. The city nazim also directed the managing director of the KWSB to compile a record of all bulk water connections.—PPI
