KARACHI, March 10: Rail tickets and reservation facilities will now be available at nine post offices in the city.

The deputy postmaster-general, Karachi postal region, on Monday said under an agreement between the Pakistan Post and Pakistan Railways, people can obtain rail tickets from designated post offices.

These post offices will also offer seat reservation facilities. The post offices selected for the task are: Jinnah Terminal Post Office, Korangi GPO (Night Post Office), New Town GPO (Night Post Office), Federal B Area Post Office (Night Post Office), PECHS Block-2 Post Office (Night), PECHS Block-6 Post Office, Sharea Faisal Post Office, Bahadurabad Post Office and Gulshan-i-Iqbal Post Office.—PPI/APP
