LAHORE, March 6: Army and Wapda have entered the final of the 16th National baseball championship being played here at the Iqbal Park Sports Complex on Thursday.

At the end of the second round, Army crushed Police 16-1. Iftikhar Mirza and Arshad Ali with three runs each were the main contributors for Army with Kamran Khan and Farooq Ahmed adding two runs each.

Wapda too beat their opponents Balochistan by as huge a margin (25-10).

Nisar Ahmad, Adnan Ahmad scored four runs each for Wapda, while Usman Ali, Abu Bakar and Waqas made three each.

Zafar Ahmad (4), Asif Ali and Arslan Ahmad with two runs each were the key scorers for Balochistan. The final will be played on Saturday.
