LAHORE, March 4: Balochistan qualified for the final round of the 16th national baseball championship after defeating Punjab and NWFP at Iqbal Park’s Sports Complex on Tuesday.
They now join Army, Police and Wapda in the final round.
Balochistan defeated Punjab 11-10 in a nailing-biting match.
Balochistan fought hard in the next match too, defeating NWFP 8-7 to book their place in the final round.
Earlier, NWFP outclassed Sindh 5-0.
On Wednesday, Wapda takes on Police while Army play Balochistan.—Sports Reporter
