Operations SSP replaced

LAHORE, March 1: The Punjab government has appointed senior superintendent of police, Dr Tariq Ahmad Khokhar, as acting SSP (operations)

in the Capital City Police, Lahore.

He has replaced SSP Aftaab Cheema who will join the Third Senior Management Course at the National Institute of Management starting from March 3.

According to a notification issued by the Central Police Office on Saturday, Tariq Khokhar, who is currently Batallion Commander, Guard Battalion, Punjab Constabulary, will look after the work of SSP (operations) Lahore in addition to his own duties till further orders.
