KOHAT: Two kidnapped in Kohat

KOHAT, Feb 28: Unidentified armed men kidnapped a school teacher and a security official along their motorcycle from the Kachai area, police said here on Thursday.

One Omer Badshah told Lachi police that Mohammad Sayed, teacher of a government high school, and Nasim Shah, official of the Thall Scouts, left their home on Wednesday but did not returned back.

Sources in the family of the victims said that they had received ransom demand for the safe release of the kidnapped persons.

The victims are residents of Malgin area of Lachi town, 22 kilometres from Kohat.

The Lachi police has registered a case and started investigation.
