First meeting of committee on prisoners
NEW DELHI, Feb 24: The first meeting of the Pakistan-India Committee on Prisoners will be held here on Tuesday to discuss issues relating to release of civilian prisoners.
Members of the Pakistan chapter of the committee Justice (retd) Abdul Qadir Chaudhry, Justice (retd) Mian Ajmal and Justice (retd) Nasir Aslam Zahid will arrive here on Monday.
The India chapter of the committee comprises Justice (retd) K.R. Vyas, Justice (retd) Amarjit Chaudhry, Justice (retd) A.S. Gill and Justice (retd) M.A. Khan.
