MIRPURKHAS, Feb 24: Dozens of members of Rahimoon community staged a demonstration outside the press club here on Sunday in protest against the SHO of Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station for releasing the accused in a murder case allegedly after taking bribe.

Protesters, led by Khamiso Rahimoon and Ali Ahmed Rahimoon, carried banners and placards, raised slogans against SHO Zameer Baig Leghari and demanded action against him.

Talking to reporters, they said that Qaim Rahimoon was killed in a clash following a dispute over agricultural land and the murder case had been lodged at the Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station.

The protesters claimed that SHO had released the main accused Mohammad Bux Hajano after taking bribe.
