KARACHI, Feb 19: Pakistan registered a double triumph to advance into the quarter-finals of the 14th Asian Senior Team Squash Championship with straightforward and identical 3-0 victories against Korea and Iran in Kuwait, according to a message received here on Tuesday.

Pakistan quartet of Yasir Butt, Majid Khan, Shahid Zaman and Bilal Zaman faced no problems securing an easy passage into the knock-out round.

Former World Junior Championship runners-up Yasir Butt was in devastating form in the second round league match against Iran when he demolished Mohammad Reza Sadeerghpur without dropping a single point.

Pakistan bt Korea 3-0.
