KARACHI, Feb 19: Six ships carrying general cargo, containers and to load molasses are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where 10 ships, Noor-e-Madina, Oel Spirit, Kota Mesra, Luo Ba He, Mol Admiration Limari and Greek to unload and load containers, Negotiator, Sun Neptune and Johar, oil tankers were accommodated berths.

The ships which left the port on Tuesday included Eric G. Gibson, Oel Strength, Luo Ba He, Mare Threcium, Kota Mesra, Itha Bhum, Kapitain Byankin, Iron Butterfly, Negotiator, Gemini, Eastern Star, Merbabu, Cleveland, Caria, Anastasi and Sana, while Sune Neptune, Mol Admiration, Oriental Bouquet, Noor-e-Madina, Johar and Oel Spirit are due to sail out on Wednesday.

A total tonnage of 0.385m tons comprising 0.128m tons of export cargo including 12,695 tons of rice, 19,200 tons of clinkers and 14,748 tons of cement and 0.256m tons of import tonnage was handled during the last three days.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Manucla Bottiglieri to load molasses, Soon Fu, Hyundai Sprinter, Helenc Rickmers, Filippa with containers and Breeze with general cargo.
