SIALKOT, Feb 18: PML-N workers on Monday afternoon set ablaze the locked house of PML-Q supporter Adil at Aadha-Daska, (NA-112 Sialkot-III), who allegedly shot dead N-activist Lala Fiaz over an election dispute outside a polling station.

Reports said Adil and Lala Fiaz exchanged hot words over polling of vote. The former opened fire on the latter, killing him on the spot.

After the incident, the accused and his family fled away after locking their house. Later, PML-N supporters and others set ablaze the locked house of Adil.

Senior police officials rushed to the spot and inquired about the incident. However, a big police contingent and firefighters extinguished the blaze.

Meanwhile, protesters held a demonstration by placing the body of Lala Fiaz on main Daska-Sialkot Road and chanted anti-government slogans, demanding immediate arrest of the accused.
