Wasi shows his colour

FAISALABAD, Feb 18: Former federal minister Wasi Zafar has shown his true form once again and this time the target of his wrath was a poor constable. On Monday, Mr Zaffar, who was contesting for NA-76 as an independent candidate, exchanged hot words with policemen at a polling station in 58-GB, Jaranwala, and slapped a police constable. Sources say the former minister lost his temper when he tried to enter the polling station but the policemen, perhaps unaware of his identity and temper, stopped him asking for his identity. This flared up Mr Zaffar and he slapped poor constable. Earlier, Mr Zaffar has slapped a waiter in Islamabad a couple of years ago. — Muhammad Saleem
