Political parties stage rallies

MURREE, Feb 16: Political parties on Saturday, the last day of electioneering, brought out rallies to show their strength.

The PML-N rally moved around in the constituency and was addressed by its candidates. They asked the voters to support PML-N as its stand was genuine and in accordance with the people’s wishes.

The PML-N local leaders also addressed the rally at Deval, Lakote, Numble Mussiari.

They said the PML-N, if voted to power, would restore judges and solve the issue of price hike, unemployment, illiteracy, etc.

Last day Mian Nawaz Sharif, PML-N chief also addressed a big public gathering at Jika Gali.

PPP also held a big public gathering at Kahuta, where besides local leaders, central leader Naheed Khan addressed the gathering.

Naheed Khan said that the blood of Benazir Bhutto shaheed would not go waste and they would take revenge through ballot.

Candidate for National Assembly Murtaza Satti said that his opponents remained in power for 17 years but did nothing for this constituency and in the 21st century many areas were without electricity, clean drinking water, infrastructure and other basic facilities.
