Students hold rally in support of Musharraf
ISLAMABAD, Feb 11: Thousands of people gathered in front of the Parliament House here on Monday to show support with the regime of President Pervez Musharraf and his policies.
The rally was attended by students from different parts of the country.
The event was organized by the ‘Muhibe Watan Nojawane Inkalabia Ke Anjuman’-- a student alliance.
The participants of the rally carrying flags and placards in favour of President Musharraf dispersed peacefully after the meeting.
On the occasion, adequate security arrangements were made by the police.—APP
