KMA College in semis

KARACHI, Feb 8: The KMA College on Friday became the first team to move into the semi-finals of the Karachi Board Inter-collegiate girls’ badminton championship, inflicting a 2-1 defeat on College of Emergent Technology (CET) at the Karachi College for Women courts.

Defending champions, the DHA College, along with Sir Syed College and Gulshan College were through to the last eight stage.

DHA chalked up 2-0 victory over Islamia College for Women while Sir Syed edged Khatoon-i-Pakistan College by the identical score line. Gulshan College got a walkover against Bahria College Karsaz.
