Mumtaz, Arbab criticised

BADIN, Feb 5: The People’s Party leaders have warned former Sindh chief minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim and SNF leader Mumtaz Bhutto to remain within their bounds and desist from issuing provocative statements against their party leadership.

Speaking to the party workers at a gathering on Monday to pay tribute to Ms Benazir Bhutto, PPP leader Moula Bux Chandio said that Ms Bhutto was the leader of the Islamic world and she wanted to bring a progressive and rational system in the country.

He said Mr Mumtaz Bhutto should first look into his party matters instead of criticising the PPP leadership.

The people of Sindhi would never forgive Mr Arbab Ghulam Rahim if he talked against Ms Benazir Bhutto, he warned.He said the killers of Ms Bhutto must be brought forth before the public who should decide their punishment.

Dr Fehmida Mirza, on the occasion, said that everyone had expressed grief over assassination of Ms Bhutto.

She said the PPP would continue its struggle to complete the mission of Ms Bhutto.

Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza, candidate for PS-57 seat, said that Ms Bhutto was the last hope of the people of Sindhi and the PPP workers would never bow down before anyone.

Kamal Khan Chang, Nadir Hussain Khowaja, Khalil Bhurgari and others also spoke on the occasion.
