Two rockets fired on Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Jan 29: Two rockets fired from an unknown location exploded in the outskirts of the city on Tuesday night but did not cause any damage.

Police said the first rocket landed in a field on the Canal Road in the Abdara area and the second on a thoroughfare in Landi Akhun Ahmad.

The Hayatabad township has been twice hit by rockets in the last couple of days.
