BAHAWALPUR, Jan 23: Three bikers looted Rs1.5m from Ghalla Mandi Chowk on Wednesday. Pervez, manager of a cotton factory, withdrew the money from a bank. When he was to board his car, bikers snatached the money and fled. — Correspondent
