HYDERABAD: SU extends admission fee payment date

HYDERABAD, Jan 22: The University of Sindh has extended the last date for payment of admission fee by the candidates selected in different disciplines in Bachelors degree programme under 3rd merit list and in Masters under 2nd list for academic session 2008. The last date is January 24.
According to an announcement on Tuesday by the Director Admission, the university has announced 3rd merit list of candidates selected to bachelor’s degree program under quota-oriented, general disciplines, female reserved seats and self finance scheme. University notified 2nd merit list of candidates selected for admissions under bachelors and masters degree on reserved seats for sons and daughters of university employees and teachers of affiliated colleges and disabled persons.
The merit list of admissions has been displayed on notice boards of the Administration Building and the Sindh University Model School Hyderabad.
Candidates could check their names at the official website at www.usindh.edu.pk where lists are on display. Candidates selected are advised to deposit admission fee through bank challan at the Habib Bank Limited Jamshoro Branch.
Meanwhile, director admissions announced February 11 as the last date for submission of admission forms along with fee for next higher classes. All on-roll students in the University in B.A, BS, BS Commerce, BS (PA), BBA, BFA, 2nd, 3rd and 4th and final professional Pharm-D as well as M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA and MPA pass and honours classes are hereby advised to fill their admission forms obtainable from the HBL Jamshoro branch.Director announced that forms for admissions to second semester postgraduate diploma in archives studies at the Department of Library and Information Science and archives studies for session 2008 would be issued from the HBL Old Campus Hyderabad and Jamshoro branches from January 25.
Candidates having bachelor’s degree with at least 45 per cent marks from the University or any recognized university are eligible for admission.
