Two gunned down

ATTOCK, Jan 19: Two persons were killed over an old enmity in the jurisdiction of Attock Khurd police on Thursday night.

The police said Haji Mushtaq Ahmed and Mohammad Taj, residents of Karmalia village, were on way to their village in a car after attending a funeral prayer at Daknair village when Maqsood Ahmed, Liaquat, Ameer Khan, Ramzan and Noor Ahmed allegedly opened fire on them and fled. As a result, both Mushtaq and Taj, who were close relatives, died on the spot.
