CJ constitutes four benches

ISLAMABAD, Jan 18: Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar on Friday constituted four benches of the Supreme Court for next week starting from January 21 for the hearing of more than five hundreds of cases in Islamabad.

According to the cause list issued by the fixture department of the Supreme Court for next week, benches comprising Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Yousuf and Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan (Bench-I), Justice Mohammad Nawaz Abbasi, Justice Mohammad Qaim Jan Khan and Justice Hamdid Farooq (Bench-II), Justice Faqir Mohammad Khokhar, Justice Mohammad Akhtar Shabbir and Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bukhari (Bench-III) and Justice M. Javed Buttar and Justice Saiyed Saeed Ashhad (Bench-IV) will hear hundreds of cases including service matters, bail matters, NAB case and others in Islamabad.—APP
