RAWALPINDI, Jan 17: The remaining four members of the Scotland Yard team investigating the assassination of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto will leave for Britain on Friday, Dawn has learnt.

The British detectives are likely to come again in a few days to resume the probe. The sources said that they were going to their country only to analyse evidences they had collected from the site of assassination.

Six forensic experts of the Scotland Yard team have already returned to the UK after collecting evidences, meeting with local investigators and recording statements of different people.

The Scotland Yard team has been given the mandate to only determine the cause of Ms Bhutto’s death.

On Tuesday, the British experts held a meting with PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in Naudero.
