KARACHI, Jan 15: Karachi Gymkhana (KG) notched up a 39-run victory over Cantt Sports in the KCCA Zone-III M.S Baloch memorial cricket tournament at the KG Ground here the other day.

Azhar Khan hammered 67 off 61 balls with six fours and one six and Shahpur Agha hit unbeaten 40 as KG collected 257-9 in their 40 overs.

Salman Niazi claimed three wickets for 33 runs and Jaffar Qureshi got two for 50.

Cantt Sports in reply were restricted to 218-6 in 40 overs. Salman Niazi was the top scorer with 38.
