KARACHI: HSC registration schedule

KARACHI, Jan 15: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, on Tuesday announced the schedule for the registration of all those private candidates of Humanities and Commerce groups for the HSC annual examinations—2008 who had passed their SSC supplementary examinations, 2007.

The forms along with a fee of Rs780 can be deposited from Jan 14 to Feb 4, with a late fee of Rs100 from Feb 6 to 19, with late fees of Rs200 and Rs300 from Feb 20 to March 5 and March 6 onwards, respectively.

The registration forms duly attested by an officer of Grade-17 and above of the education department i.e. principals or heads of government colleges and schools with attested copies of marks sheet of SSC after endorsement from the registration section of the Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi Room No. 51 should be deposited personally at the collection booth of UBL at BIE Karachi on all working days during banking hours except Sundays and holidays.

SSC suppl exams

The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, announced that the students who failed in SSC supplementary exams 2007 science and general groups (regular and private) and wished to appear in annual exams 2008 could submit exam forms.

The students can submit examination forms without a late fee from Jan 16 to 24, from Jan 25 to 31 with a late of Rs200, from Feb 1 to 8 with Rs500, Feb 9 to 16 with Rs1,000 and Feb 18 and onward with a late fee of Rs1,500.—PPI
