Guards loot Rs150m

KARACHI, Jan 6: Two security guards and three of their accomplices on Sunday looted Rs150 million from a foreign exchange company located at the I.I. Chundrigar Road.

According to the police, the robbery took place when foreign and local currency worth between Rs120.5 and Rs150 million was being transferred from Rawalpindi to Karachi at about 11.30am, which was being brought from the airport in the company’s armoured vehicle to the Saima Trade Towers.
