Liaquat warns of agitation

DADU, Jan 6: The Pakistan Muslim League leader and former federal minister Liaquat Ali Khan Jatoi warned on Sunday that his party would launch agitation against Dadu and Jamshoro district administrations if they failed to arrest within five days miscreants involved in damaging and burning public and private property in the wake of Dec 27 tragedy.

Mr Jatoi said at a gathering of activists of PML, MQM and Sindh United Party at Betto Jatoi that police should move into action against miscreants involved in violence and provide protection to public and private property.

Mr Jatoi claimed that the two districts had suffered over Rs3 billion losses.
