South Africa level series


SOUTH Africa won the second Test by seven wickets on Saturday to square the three-match series against the West Indies 1-1.

Graeme Smith, the South African skipper, led the way with a blazing knock of 85 off 79 deliveries, featuring 11 boundaries as the home side reached their target by making 186-3.

West Indies won the first Test in Port Elizabeth by 128 runs. The final Test starts from Thursday in Durban.—Monitoring Desk
