KARACHI, Jan 4: Netherlands-based Akzo Nobel NV has acquired ICI Plc UK, the parent company of ICI Omricon BV which is the holding company of ICI Pakistan.
The Board of Directors of ICI Pakistan Limited, in a communication sent to the Karachi Stock Exchange, has announced the completion of modalities for the acquisition of ICI Plc UK, parent company of ICI Omicron BV, by Akzo Nobel NV.—APP
