LAHORE, Jan 1: The national junior selection committee has finalised a list of 20 probables for two back-to-back important events including a triangular series in Sri Lanka and the World Cup in Malaysia in March.

Chief selector Col Naushad Ali told Dawn that the names of the probables would be announced by the PCB after determining their right age, since only U-19 players were to play. He said after the scrutiny of the age, the boys would start training camp at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) from Thursday.

Naushad said for the two events a couple of changes would be made in the squad which had suffered a defeat at home at the hands of Bangladesh last month.

The team will play in the three-nation tournament in Sri Lanka from Jan 17, also involving England and the hosts. The World Cup, in which Pakistan will defend its title is scheduled to be held in the month of March.
