KARACHI: Traffic police asked to gear up drive

KARACHI, Jan 1: Sindh Home Minister Brig (Retd) Akhtar Zamin has ordered gearing up of a province-wide drive against owners of the vehicles having tainted glass and revolving lights and hooters without authorization.

Directing the traffic police to keep a check on such vehicles and take strict action against those found using the specific facilities without authorisation, he noted that there had always been apprehensions that saboteurs might be using such vehicles to claim impunity.—APP
