Bomb blasts
QUETTA, Dec 31: Two explosions rocked Dalbandin late on Monday evening.
According to police, the first blast occurred near the office of the district election commission, damaging a portion of the office.
It was followed by another blast near the office of a law-enforcement agency, damaging the windows of nearby buildings.
