KARACHI, Dec 27: Four ships carrying urea, containers and to load ethanol are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where six ships, Myrina, to offload crude oil, Sharmrock Venus, to ethanol, Orient Stride Y.M.Star, Hyundai Advance to unload and load containers and Breeze to unload and load general cargo.

Six vessels, APL Amman, Cap Colorado, Conti Esperance, Soon Fu, Iron Butterfly, and Red Sea Spirit departed on Thursday, while Y.M.Star, Yasa Mehmat, Bao Ying, Calvin P.Titus, Shamrock Venus, Khairpur, and Myrina are due to sail out on Friday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 0.114m tons comprising 13,995 tons of export cargo and 99,967 tons of import tonnage was handled on Thursday.

The following ships are due on Friday; Mrc Coral, to load ethanol, Kapitan Byankinand Global Pride, with containers and African Sharkm with 30,000 tons of urea.
