HEC team named
KARACHI, Dec 26: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has named a 12-member squad for the 47th National Basketball Championship, which gets underway at Lahore Railway Stadium from Thursday.
Team: Kashif Hadi, Noman Naseer, Haris Kamal, M. Naved, Samran Gill, Zeeshan Raja, Akash Messy, Zohaib Bashir, Arsalan Mahmood, Omer Butt, Ashfaq and Raheel Hamza.
Stand-byes: Sameer Zahid, Hafiz Waheed and Asad Iqbal.
Officials: Arshad Sattar (manager), Abdul Nasir (coach).
