Double Shah victims disillusioned

By Our Correspondent

SIALKOT, Dec 25: The political show of the Pakistan Muslim League-Q at Sambrial on Tuesday brought about disillusionment for a number of victims of Double Shah financial scam.

To their despair, no one spoke of any assurance in this regard.

PML-Q president Shujaat Husain and provincial chief Pervaiz Elahi did not announce any thing during their speeches for the financial relief of the Double Shah affectees.

The Gujrat, Wazirabad and Sambrial-based former MNAs and MPAs (now most of them are again the PML-Q candidates) were allegedly involved in the scandal directly or indirectly.

Talking to newsmen at Sambrial, dozens of Double

Shah victims urged the government to arrange reimbursement.

Earlier, a group of affectees had linked vote to refund.
