BADIN, Dec 16: Dr Fehmida Mirza was awarded a PPP ticket to contest for PS-57 (Tando Bago) seat after rejection of candidature of her husband Dr Zulfiqar Mirza.

PPP District President Dr Sikandar Ali Mandhro announced this at a press conference here late on Saturday.

He said that Dr Fehmida was also contesting for NA-225 Badin seat against Bibi Yasmin Shah of PML-Q.

After disqualification of Dr Zulfiqar Mirza for PS-57 seat against Syed Ali Bux Shah alias Pappu Shah, now Pappu Shah has to face Dr Fehmida Mirza.
