Dareshaks accused of using state resources

By Our Correspondent

DERA GHAZI KHAN, Dec 15: Former caretaker prime minister and PPP central leader, Mir Balkh Sher Mazari, has condemned the alleged use of government resources by Nasrullah Dareshak and his sons in their campaign in Rajanpur district and urged the Election Commission of Pakistan to take notice of violation of code of conduct.

Talking to newsmen at the residence of PML-N Punjab president Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa here on Saturday, Mir Balkh Mazari said despite use of state machinery, the Dareshaks of PML-Q would face defeat.

Responding to a query, Mir Balkh Sher said Punjab Assembly former deputy speaker Shauqat Husain Mazari was not going to join the PPP and would contest election as an independent candidate for a provincial seat and support PPP on a National Assembly constituency.

He claimed that the PML-N was supporting his group in the district by withdrawing their candidates.
