Murree receives heavy snowfall

By Our Correspondent

MURREE, Dec 13: Heavy snowfall continued to lash Murree throughout Thursday, causing long traffic jams and numerous road accidents. Children faced problems while coming and going to schools, as most schools remained opened even during the severe cold weather.

People were also facing problems of non-availability of fire wood and gas supply and absence of public transport inconvenienced the commuters.

Meanwhile, a large number of tourists from the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad started going to Murree to witness the snowfall and enjoy the weather.
