Joint study


KARAHCI, Dec 11: The setting up of a joint study group between India and Pakistan at private sector level has been proposed to explore the possibilities of a coordinated export strategy between the two countries in various areas, particularly textiles.

The suggestion was made during an interactive session titled “towards Indo-Pakistan cooperation in textile sector” held recently in New Delhi under the auspices of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.

The chief executive of the TDAP Tariq Ikram, has supported the suggestion to set up a joint study group, says a press release.
