Salary, pension on 19th
ISLAMABAD, Dec 7: All government employees and pensioners would get their salaries and pensions for the current month on December 19 because of Eid-ul-Azha and Christmas, an official notification said.
Under the federal treasury rules, the government is required to disburse salaries and pensions in advance if the festival of Eid-ul-Azha falls within the last ten days of a month.
