QUETTA, Dec 6: Nawabzada Mir Balach Marri was killed in a clash with security forces in the Sirlath area of Chagai district and buried in a secret place in Balochistan, a spokesman of the Baloch Liberation Army said.

Talking to reporters through satellite phone from an unknown location, BLA spokesmen Bebragh Baloch said that security forces had used helicopter gunships and jets in the attack. He said Balach Marri had come to Sirlath to meet his colleagues.

The government has denied that Balach Marri was killed in Pakistan.
