Warrant against ex-minister
QUETTA, Dec 6: The Additional Sessions Judge IV, Quetta, Mr Jamil Ahmed, on Thursday issued bailable warrant of arrest for former provincial minister Mir Asim Kurd for not appearing before the court to face charges in a house occupation case.
The applicant, Abdur Rehman, had filed the case against the occupation of his house by the former minister.—Correspondent
