Civil society’s help sought in rooting out corruption

ATTOCK, Dec 4: Every citizen including civil society activists must play their role in elimination of corruption from the society.

This was stated by circle officer (CO) Anti-corruption Department Shehzad Saleem Kiyani here Tuesday while briefing the local newsmen about various programmes chalked out in connection with International Anti-corruption Day being observed on Saturday (Dec 8).

He asked the citizens and civil society activists to pinpoint corruption if they notice in any government department. He assured that his department would ensure protection to the complainants and other helping people.
