KOLKATA, Dec 2: Pakistan’s troubles on the Indian tour further mounted late on Saturday when it was learnt that the newly-arrived Yasir Arafat had lost his passport.

According to details, the all-rounder, who was flown out as a replacement for the injured Umar Gul, misplaced his passport somewhere in the Eden Gardens.

Sultan Ahmed, the team’s local liaison officer, claimed the tourists were doing the needful to locate the lost document.

He was unable to confirm whether the Pakistan team management had taken up the matter with the Kolkata police authorities.
