KARACHI, Dec 2: The returning officer for PS constituency 90, Karachi-II, Ms Tahira Mohsin, has rejected the nomination papers of a candidate, Zulfquar Younus, due to a fake BA degree as verified by the Shah Latif University, Khairpur.
His candidature was objected by another candidate from the same constituency Mohammad Arif Baloch who had challenged his degree and had requested the returning officer for its verification from the university concerned.
