Man killed in grenade attack

QUETTA, Nov 28: One man was killed and another injured in a hand-grenade attack on a house in the Mand Suro area of Turbat district on Wednesday night. According to police, some men hurled the grenade in the house of Mushtaq Shah, wounding him and some other members of his family.

Police reached the site of the blast and took the injured to civil hospital where Mushtaq Shah died. His house was badly damaged in the blast.

“It was a hand grenade and the explosion rocked the entire area,” police said. In another incident, some unidentified men hurled a hand grenade in the house of Khurram Shahzad in Quetta Jail road on Wednesday night. The grenade exploded in the courtyard of the house, damaging doors and windows.
