German inflation
FRANKFURT, Nov 27: German inflation was set to hit a level not seen in at least 10 years on Tuesday, as key states reported annual consumer price increases that in many cases exceeded 3 per cent.
In addition to rising oil prices, the cost of dairy products and other food items has pushed retail inflation sharply higher in the eurozone’s biggest economy.—AFP
