Nawaz may contest from Nawabshah

NAWABSHAH, Nov 25: Nomination form for Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif for the NA-213 seat was collected here on Saturday.

Syed Sajjad Hussain Shah, a local PML-N leader and a candidate for NA-213 and PS-24 (Nawabshah city), collected the form for Mr Sharif through his nephew Syed Zeeshan Ali.

Sajjad Shah told Dawn that he had collected the form for his party chief on the directives of the party leadership.

Mr. Shah said that Nawaz Sharif should contest upcoming election from National Assembly seat of Nawabshah because it is the demand of local people.

He said that people would give Nawaz victory with decisive majority. PML-N leaders Mian Abdus Sattar Arain were also present on the occasion.
