KARACHI: Builders’ licences cancelled


KARACHI, Nov 22: The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) on Thursday cancelled the licence issued to M/s Prime Arcade and restrained it from selling and advertising its project “Prince Town Bungalows” for having violated certain building bylaws. It cautioned the general public against entering into any deal pertaining to the project.

The project site has been identified as Prince Town Bungalows, Sector 27/A, Scheme-33.

The Authority also cancelled the licence of M/s Metropolitan Builders for violating rules in executing their project “Prime Arcade” on Com-9/1, Block-11, Sector 14-A, Metroville- III, Scheme-33.—APP
